Originally from the Detroit area, Chris has lived in Chicago for the past 17+ years. He is a dual graduate of the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Chris is also a fitness enthusiast and enjoys volunteering, networking, and attending live events.
Jerome, a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, is known for easily connecting with people. Buying and/or selling a property is exciting, but it can also be stressful. Having bought and sold multiple properties, he empathizes with the challenges the process can sometimes present, especially for first time home buyers and those with a short timeline. Jerome works closely with clients, keeping them well informed every step of the way. His goal is to keep buying/selling process painless, which he accomplishes via constant communication and easy accessibility. His comfort level spans from corporate clients to individuals and families.
Jerome’s 20+ year career includes work in real estate, government, business consulting, aerospace and information technology. The common thread was not only the ability to increase sales and revenue, but also to mentor others in becoming more successful. As a project management consultant with a focus on Information Technology, Jerome advised a wide range of companies and expanded businesses to worldwide exposure. Wanting to work with high-performance professionals, Jerome jumped at the opportunity to join StefaniREG and Dreamtown.
A native Chicagoan, Jerome has lived both the northern suburbs and the city. He enjoys trying new restaurants and attending music/neighborhood festivals.
Marcus always dreamed of working in real estate. His first job was working for his father, a real estate broker that specialized in demo projects. This experience inspired Marcus to pursue a career in the industry, transitioning from hospitality management in 2012 to become a licensed real estate broker.
Specializing in first time home buyers and relocations, Marcus uses his keen problem-solving and expert communication skills to help his clients navigate the market with ease. Marcus advocates for his client’s best interests throughout the transaction, taking time to fully understand his client’s specific needs in order to achieve their goals. Marcus aims to be more than just a broker to each of his clients, and credits his close relationships for allowing him to better serve each of his clients.
Marcus is a trained jazz musician, and can often be found exploring Chicago’s extensive jazz scene in his free time. He is also an avid sports fan — go Cubs! —and considers himself a professional-amateur golfer.
